The RUGGEDCOM® RX1501 is a cost efficient, rugged layer 3 switch and router. The RUGGEDCOM® RX1501's modular and field replaceable platform can be equipped with WAN, serial and Ethernet options, making it ideally suited for electric power utilities, the industrial plant floor and traffic control systems. The RUGGEDCOM® RX1501 is designed to provide a high level of immunity to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and heavy electrical surges typical of the harsh environments found in many industrial applications. An operating temperature range of -40 to 85 deg C (-40 to 185 deg F) allows the RUGGEDCOM® RX1501 to be placed in almost any location.
